Installation of Sludge Hopper – Jinámar WWTP
Installation of a 40-ton sludge hopper at the Jinámar wastewater treatment plant, improving the storage capacity of dewatered sludge. This optimization increases transport efficiency to the landfill, reducing costs and improving the overall operation of the process.
Wastewater and Desalination Plant – Riu Turquoise Hotel, Mauritius
Turnkey project for the installation of a wastewater treatment plant and a desalination plant at the Riu Turquoise Hotel.
The treatment plant features MBR technology, ensuring the highest quality of treated water and allowing its reuse for toilet flushing and irrigation.
The reverse osmosis desalination system optimizes energy consumption through advanced energy recovery systems, essential due to the high salinity of the feed water.
Stainless Steel Piping – Bocabarranco WWTP, Gáldar
We carried out the complete installation of stainless steel piping at the new wastewater treatment plant, using large-diameter pipes reaching up to DN600.
A highly complex project developed over nearly two years, while keeping the old treatment plant fully operational throughout the process.
Reverse Osmosis Plant Renovation – Lanzarote Airport
Renovation of two seawater reverse osmosis plants, keeping one in operation at all times.
Cutting-edge technology was incorporated, including pressure sensors and water quality measurement equipment.
High-pressure manifolds in super duplex stainless steel piping were certified to withstand pressures of up to 100 BAR, ensuring safe and efficient system performance.
Wastewater and Desalination Plant – Riu Baobab Hotel, Senegal
Turnkey project for the installation of a wastewater treatment plant with extended aeration and tertiary treatment, allowing the reuse of treated water for irrigation.
A reverse osmosis desalination plant was designed and installed, equipped with a specialized system to prevent manganese oxide scaling due to the composition of the feed water.
Greywater Treatment Plant and Pumping Stations – Riu Palace Santa MarÃa Hotel, Sal Island
Turnkey project for the installation of a greywater treatment plant and more than twenty wastewater pumping stations.
The designed system enables the reuse of recycled water, which is later used for toilet flushing and irrigation, optimizing resource use within the hotel.
